Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include details of proof of purchase such as copy of the invoice.
Cost of the return postage is to be covered by the customer unless you are returning products that are deemed faulty or incorrect. There is a return postage slip included in the parcel. If you would like to use this, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund value returned to you.
